Help with Sign-In
Why do I need to register?
The new site requires a unique e-mail address for each account. If you are a new
user, you will be required to register for use of the site. If you are a registered
user, you will need to confirm your account.
Either way, account confirmation is a very simple process that will allow you to
confirm your information and create your FemalePatient.com account.
Once you log in and confirm your account, click on the My Account tab to verify
your profile data. If you continue to experience problems, please contact Customer
Service.
Will my username and password remain the same?
Yes, but you will be asked to confirm your account the first time you sign in.
Why isn’t my username recognized when I try to sign in to the new site?
The first time you sign in to the new FemalePatient.com, you will be asked to confirm
your account. Once you have done that you will sign as usual going forward. If you
continue to experience problems, please contact Customer Service.
I can’t remember my username or e-mail address.
If you can’t remember your username, please contact Customer Service. If you cannot
remember your password, please click on “Forgot Password.” You will be e-mailed
a link to a page to create a new password. Remember, your password should be 4 to
10 characters and contain 1 digit.
What does the "Remember me" check box do?
If you check this box you will be automatically signed in to FemalePatient.com the
next time you visit. Your browser must be set to accept cookies in order to use
this option. Do not use this function if you use a shared computer.
