ANSWER
The correct answer is slipped capital femoral
epiphysis of the right hip. The diagnosis is
indicated by the lucency of the metaphysis
adjacent to the epiphyseal line in the frontal
view and the inferior slippage of the femoral
head in the frog-leg view (arrows). This disease
is characteristically seen in adolescents
and may be bilateral.
