ANSWER
The calcifications seen in the suprarenal areas represent calcification of the adrenal glands. Adrenal calcification is present in a host of diseases, but in a girl of this age without evidence of adrenal insufficiency, it probably represents evidence of intra-adrenal hemorrhage at birth and is of no clinical significance.
