A 20-year-old woman complains of fatigue and cough.
What would be your diagnosis based on the findings seen
in this frontal film of her chest?

ANSWER
The correct diagnosis is sarcoidosis. The classic presentation
of the disease as seen in this patient's chest film
is bilateral hilar and right paratracheal adenopathythe
so-called 1-2-3 sign. One would also need to rule out
the possibility of lymphoma.
