ANSWER
This is a normal x-ray, showing a form of bowing that appears
when a child starts to walk and is particularly evident in
heavy children. The bowing, the medial wedging of the distal
ossification centers of the femurs, and the beaking of the
medial aspects of the tibial metaphyses are all reflections
of this normal developmental phase and will disappear as the
child matures.
