ANSWER
The correct diagnosis is pneumonitis of the right
lower lobe, which is manifested by patchy densities
seen at the right lung base and through the diaphragmatic
shadow. It is well recognized that in children, pneumonitis
may manifest as abdominal pain, particularly if it
involves lung bases.
